Below is a table describing the increase or "buff" to a stat that a particular component provides. Here is a brief listing of what each Component does. Each component affects all units of the type the slot is for. See the Arsenal for more information, and see Component Mastery for information on on Mastery[]

Armor Buff - Increases unit HP

Weapon Buff - Increases unit Attack (ATK)

Crit. Buff - Increase the chance of landing a Critical Hit

Crit. DMG - Increases the damage (DMG) done by a Critical Hit

DEX Buff - Increases Dexterity (DEX) (The chance that a unit will dodge an attack.)

High-rate of Fire - Increases Attack Speed (The player with the higher speed fires first in battles. If both players have the same attack speed the attacking player fires first.)

DMG Increase - Increases the damage dealt by your units

Reduce DMG taken - Decreases the damage received by your units

INV - Decreases the damage received by your units from a Critical Hit (Invulnerability)

Hit - Increases the chance of hitting the opponent

Community Strategies[]

  • Rate of Fire (RoF) is the most important component.
    • If you have a higher level RoF than your opponent, all of your forces will fire before any of your opponent's forces can fire. This may significantly reduce the enemy's ability to return fire by destroying some of their stacks (or applying skill effects). Especially at higher levels, this can easily decide the outcome of a battle.
    • Without a RoF 10, it is all but impossible to complete all [Expedition] levels, and extremely difficult to face a player with RoF 10 in combat.
    • A player's priority should probably be focus (i.e. in the [Craft Center]) on raising their Rate of Fire to level 10 as soon as possible, as it takes 2187 level 3 components to produce a single level 10 component.
    • It may even be wise to intentionally slow your player level increase until you have produced a level 10 Rate of Fire component.
  • INV and DEX are considered by most players to not be worth taking up a slot in a component plan.
  • Some PvE enemies in the game, such as the [World Boss] and the Alliance Droid, are a single target that the player will not destroy during their battle, but rather is contributing total damage against a large pool. These enemies will fire only once on their turn, but that shot will usually destroy the entire [Stack] they target.
    • This means that the Armor and Reduce DMG Taken components are ineffective in these battles.
    • RoF is also wasted, as the player will generally fire first regardless.
    • One should instead use a component plan that maximizes the damage output per shot:
      1. Weapon buff
      2. Crit. buff (Unless using oposing unit agaist boss as they have 100% crit)
      3. Crit. DMG
      4. DMG Increase
      5. Hit
